Her own family upbringing influenced her interest in medicine from a young age; her mother ran a GP clinic in Cookstown and she is deeply involved in the care of her brother, Christopher, who has Down Syndrome.
As a qualified yoga instructor and sports injury clinician Siobhan weaves the value of movement and mindfulness into her consultations, along with benefits of individualised nutrition.
Dr. Siobhan Graham’s Medical Blog
After graduating in medicine from Queens University in Belfast in July 2000 she started work as a junior doctor in Belfast City Hospital where she established her love for medicine.
From Belfast she headed for Peru working voluntarily in the Sacred Valley, then on to Australia where she spent time as a family doctor in the Outback. She also did some voluntary work in Gautemala on her way home. Dr. Graham spent seven years gaining a wide range of experience in general medicine- from Rheumatology, Cardiology, emergency medicine, and oncology- before completing her GP training in Edinburgh in 2008.
While working with her brother as a GP she maintained her love of hospital medicine by also running the cardiology Chest Pain clinic in Whiteabbey hospital where she worked for almost three years part-time.
Her love of sports and how exercise improves health, lead her to study Sport and Exercise Medicine at the University of Bath from 2010 to 2016. During this time she continued work as a GP and but returned to work in rheumatology (the specialty for disease of joints, muscle and the immune systems) spending almost three years in this field.
During these years Dr. Graham also worked as a travelling team doctor for some of the Northern Ireland football teams and did voluntary work providing exercise classes and nutrition talks to local communities in Costa Rica, Central America.

She is a highly respected mindset coach known for her ability to help athletes and individuals master the mental side of performance. With a deep understanding of the connection between mindset and success, Michele works closely with clients to overcome self-doubt, manage pressure, and build lasting confidence. Her coaching style combines proven psychological techniques with a compassionate, practical approach, making her a trusted guide for those looking to reach their full potential in sport, business, and everyday life.
Drawing on years of experience in both high-performance and personal development settings, Michele has supported a wide range of clients — from elite athletes competing on international stages to individuals seeking greater clarity, motivation, and purpose in their lives. Her work focuses on developing mental resilience, emotional intelligence, and goal-setting skills that lead to lasting transformation.
Whether she’s helping a fighter stay focused under pressure or guiding someone through a personal breakthrough, Michele’s mission is clear: to equip people with the tools they need to thrive, not just in performance, but in every area of life.
My understanding of pressure, recovery, and the mind comes from years of meditation, silent retreat practice, martial arts, study, travel, and decades of close work with people whose lives are full and demanding.
I’ve spent thousands of hours listening carefully to what happens when someone isn’t sleeping well, feels chronically tired, mentally overloaded, caught in difficult relationship dynamics, or is simply trying to keep going when something is not right. Much of my work is helping people make sense of what is happening, see what is taking a toll, and working out what will bring about change.
People often come to me because they want calm, clarity, and room to think properly. I give people room to speak honestly and work through complexity without being rushed or given superficial advice. I’m often able to spot the cycles, habits, and pressure points that are hard to see when you’re in the middle of it.
