Hello…. I have a feeling that September would be a sweet month of doing things perhaps with a twist.

We might declare it the month of receiving gifts, surprises, delivering gifts, and touching hearts.

My gifts for your today are:

• This bunch of bananas - the story goes like this

  One evening at home when looking at my living room and feeling a bit disconnected, just before the tropical storm approaching our town, I heard a knock at the door. Totally unusual where I live now as most people come announced and the main entry is locked anyways. My Pavlovian instinct has been connected to the “knock at the door = receiving food, water or gifts” from the past travel quarantine sessions during hopefully forgotten years of covid.

  So, totally, the instinct was spot on. I opened the door and here it was my kind neighbour, always with a quirky smile offering me a big bunch of bananas- “These are from our garden. We have more if you want. Let us know.”

  How sweet were my dreams after that? Very very gentle and sweet. Thank you!

  The gifts we welcome might not come in the shape desired or from the people we might imagine to be here. The gifts are simply gifted and we say yes with thanks.

• The movie “ Angels” on Netflix. It is a based on a true story. The power of an miracle of an individual on changing the course of someone’s life. Beautiful movie. Words to remember and maybe one day you can say this to someone “The thoughts in your mind telling you < you are not worthy>, they are wrong. Not only that you are worthy, you are a miracle! One more thing.Thank you! “
